Bad NO!

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the demands. The room was good-sized and high quality, with very comfy bed and a Jacuzzi and a shower in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Prinsenhof. The service, attention to detail, location, rooms and facilities were great. The hotel was very attentive to our needs. It is a great place.

Rooms and service were first class. Staff were friendly and attentive. Paying that little bit extra for such a central location is well worth it. Breakfast although an extra was of a very high standard...  

Friendly helpful staff, little touches like leaving a box of tissues on the dashboard of the car on leaving. Spa bath in standard room was a surprise, beds very comfortable.

The aura of this hotel makes you feel like you are a guest at the house of a Bruggean family not like at a hotel. They also have really good suggestions for restaurants around the town. The cosyness of the lobby...

The location was amazing and beautiful: a shopping street and the Christmas market were within walking distance. The property was set in a very quiet area.- The restaurant was pleasant.

Staff were very helpful

I booked two rooms - both deluxe, however the rooms were quite different. Among other differences, one had a separate shower and a jacuzzi bath, the other just had a plain bath including the shower. It would be good if all rooms that were meant to be "deluxe" offered the same facilities. My biggest problem though was the building work - I was woken before 8am by hammering and drilling right next to my room. I had not been made aware of this work prior to booking, or when I arrived. When I complained to the reception, they said that they had asked the builders to stop (which they did, eventually, after 20 minutes). The reception offered us a box of chocolates as compensation, which was a nice touch, but it was a very bad start to the day.

the breakfast with champagne and nice to have champagne included was extensive and the people were very courteous there. the location was particularly good and fab, for example, bruges concert hall was within walking distance of the hotel.
